Vladan Minić je menadžer Centra za razvoj proizvoda na Institutu BioSens. Zvanje Master elektrotehnike i računarstva je stekao na Fakultetu tehničkih nauka u Novom Sadu 2007 godine. Karijeru je započeo u BioSens centru pri istom fakultetu. Kada je centar prerastao u Institut, prelazi u novoosnovanu instituciju. Učestvovao je u brojnim domaćim i internacionalnim projektima u okviru BioSensa. Glavna interesovanja su mu vezana za bežične senzorske mreže, obradu slike, ali je obavljao i poslove sistem administratora. Njegova ekspertiza pokriva Linux i Windows sisteme; web razvoj – WordPress, Joomla, PHP, HTML; programski jezici: Python. C/C++ (OpenCV), Matlab; baze podataka: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, SQLite; GIS alati: ArcGIS, QGIS. Takođe je zaljubljenik u hardware i embedded sisteme.
