Milena Jakšić radi na Biosens Institutu na poziciji istraživač saradnik. Student je doktorskih studija biohemije na Prirodno-matematičkom fakultetu, Univerziteta u Novom Sadu, gde je završila i osnovne i master akademske studije biohemije. U fokusu njenih istraživanja su hromatografske tehnike i masena spektrometrija – sa akcentom na portabilnu masenu spektrometriju i analizu lako isparljivih organskih jedinjenja
