Project aim: Advance eLTER is a crucial step in building a European research infrastructure of sites for long-term ecosystem research and socio-ecological research platforms (eLTER RI), all in order to provide the highest quality data and services complementary to European and global environmental research.
About the project: The project will carry out important conceptual work and preparatory steps towards enabling research on the “Critical Zone”, major ecosystems and socio-ecological systems at European level, aimed at supporting decision-making regarding ecosystem services and biodiversity.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No. 739558.
