Dragana Mađerčić

Dragana Mađerčić obtained both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Department of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management at the Faculty of Technical Sciences. She currently works as a Junior Associate at the Centre for Product Development, where she is involved in the implementation and support of various platforms and applications. These include the platform for managing and applying for subsidies (ePodsticaji) and the platform for monitoring and controlling agricultural subsidies, soil fertility control, and remote detection of sowing structures (AgroSens APV), among others. Key aspects of her role include guiding teams through all phases of the project life cycle – from planning and defining requirements to final delivery and maintenance. She also provides client support, ensuring that all requests and issues are addressed promptly and professionally. Through proactive risk and problem management, her goal is to ensure the stability and reliability of all implemented solutions.
