Djordje Vujić currently works as a junior researcher at the Center for Information Technologies, Biosense Institute, University of Novi Sad. He received a bachelor degree in Chemistry in University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Natural Sciences. His bachelor degree thesis was “Synthesis of C-homo-lactam derivative of bile acids” and after graduation he started working in a laboratory where he was involved in analysis of pesticide residues, mycotoxins, acrylamide as food contaminants and he was also involved in food quality analysis such as determination of sugar content, amino-acids, preservatives, artificial sweeteners and vitamins. He is currently on Master academic studies in Organic Chemistry.
