Sonja Tatarin Ragaji

Sonja holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Novi Sad. Her professional journey began in 2015 when she embarked on a career as a Clinical Psychologist within the healthcare sector. In 2019, she transitioned into the realm of human resources management.

Her responsibilities at the Institute BioSense include a wide range of functions related to human resources: talent acquisition, recruitment and selection, formulation and implementation of rules and procedures for better work and development of BioSense, employee development, organization of employee training, cooperation with the communications manager with the aim of promoting BioSense and the Institute’s employees.
