Nevena Jaćimović has a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology-biotechnology engineer and a master’s degree in engineering technology-materials engineer. She completed her bachelor’s and master’s studies at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade. She is currently a Ph.D. student in biochemical engineering and biotechnology at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy in Belgrade and a junior research assistant at the BioSense Institute. Her main research interests are related to the development and optimization of structural elements (microcarriers, 3D printed scaffolds) and bioreactors for application in cellular agriculture and tissue engineering.
