Nemanja Tanasković

Nemanja Tanasković has been holding the position of Junior Researcher at the Center for Sensor Technologies within the BioSense Institute since October 2023. He holds a BSc in Biomechanics and Robotics and an MSc in Biomedical Engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Belgrade. As part of the final works of the aforementioned studies, he worked on the development and production of a knee joint prosthesis, which was functional, and the development of a compliant robotic system. During his master’s studies, he attended an internship at the BioSense Institute, where he worked on the development of robotic systems. Following completion of his master’s studies, Nemanja enrolled in doctoral studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade in the field of biomedicine and robotic systems. In his free time, he experiments with 3D printing in order to develop passive prostheses for fingers and knees.
