Marija Pavlović is a molecular biology PhD student at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Novi Sad. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in biology, a molecular biology module, and a master’s degree in molecular biology at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Novi Sad. Marija is a Junior Research Assistant at BioSense Institute, and the focus of her research is the development of biosensors and isothermal methods for nucleic acid amplification for the detection of pathogens, GMOs in agriculture, and AMR genes, as well as other applications of these methods in molecular diagnostics.
