Manil Kukkar
Dr. Manil Kukkar is a Senior Researcher in the Center for Sensing Technologies in the BioSense Institute. Graduated with PhD in Engineering in 2018 at AcSIR, Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research, India. He was awarded with CSIR-Nehru Science Postdoctoral research Fellowship 2018. His work was focused on development of new generation nanomaterials Molybdenum disulfide and Graphene based electrical and electrochemical devices for detection of various disease biomarkers and environmental pollutants.
Dr. Manil is Author and co-author of 14 peer –reviewed articles in highly ranked international journals with citations more than 400 and H index 11. He worked in Merck Life Sciences as Technical Manager, India for Material Science and Chemistry innovation form 2018-2021. His research is mainly focused on: nano biosensors, synthesis of 2D materials, bio-conjugation, atomic force microscopy, biomolecule synthesis, conjugation studies, conducting polymers, nanocomposites.
